Anderson knows where the fish are biting and how to get there! A licensed captain since 1998, Tag also holds a Texas Parks and Wildlife Fishing Guide License and is a charter member of the Galveston Fishing Charter Association. His knowledge of the upper Texas Coast will be your ticket to a success when fishing Galveston Bay Complex!

Customers will be taken out in a 24 foot Skeeter ZX Bay boat with a 250 Yamaha 4-stroke engine and customers will have the most up to date equipment available.



With over over 20 years experience fishing the waters of Galveston and Trinity Bay, customers are almost guarantee success. Capt. Anderson's knowledge of not only the bay, but the fish that swim in it, make his guide service a must for fishermen wanting to catch that elusive "big one" in Galveston or Trinity Bays.

An avid waterfowl hunter, Capt. Tag Anderson holds several titles in duck and goose calling including 1998 Runner-Up World Champion Snow Goose Caller and the 2004 Runner-Up World Champion Snow Goose Caller. He also placed 1st in the 2000 Delby Classic for Speckled Belly Champion. Anderson has been hunting waterfowl on the Texas Coast for most of his life. He has extensive knowledge of waterfowl patterns, making his guided waterfowl hunts not only productive, but also enjoyable for hunters.

Lodging and entertainment is offered at Oak Island Lodge, a 5,800 sq. ft. facility specifically designed and built for corporate and group events, located on the east side of Trinity bay on the corner of Double Bayou and Trinity Bay. Oak Island Lodge can sleep up to 36 persons, has 2 lighted piers, 8 covered boatlifts, and a fine view of the sun setting across the bay. Each room has its own bathroom. Lodging comes with 3 meals, snacks, drinks and open use of the entire amenity.
The lodge offers 2 lighted piers to guests for excellent nighttime or daytime fishing. The lodge is fully staffed with cooking, cleaning, and bartending personnel.
